WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR CRYSTALS?
95% of my crystals are from local metaphysical shops in New Jersey. As far as I know and what the shop owners tell me is that they are from ethically sourced mines across the world. The other 5% are from a supplier in Canada who only sells ethically sourced crystals, and Etsy sellers.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
Gold Plated, Silver Plated, or Copper wire jewelry:
Clean your wire wrapped jewelry with a dry lint-free cloth and do not use soap or water on your jewelry. Remove rings before you wash your hands or use any kind of soap/hand sanitizer. Do not wear in the ocean or the pool as salt water and chlorinated water could damage the metal. I advise against wearing your jewelry in the shower. The metal may change color overtime due to wear as this is normal for the metal. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Gold Filled or Sterling Silver jewelry:
Sterling Silver jewelry like rings will be given a polish cloth to help remove any of the natural tarnish on the wire. Other than that, Gold Filled will not change color overtime due to any circumstance.
Crystals:
Some crystals cannot be exposed to water or chemicals as it can change their natural color. Always remove jewelry before getting wet just as a precaution. *ALL ORDERS WILL COME WITH A JEWELRY CARE CARD*
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I do not accept any returns or exchanges on any piece in my shop, including custom orders. If there is something wrong with your item please fill out a "contact me" email down below.
I CAN'T FIND MY ORDER/SHIPPING ISSUES
As soon as the package leaves me I do not have any control over what happens to it unfortunately. I only use USPS to ship my packages. I can only see what you see with the tracking information. If you have any issues please do not hesitate to reach out using the contact button below.
